What it does

Helps WooCommerce stores collect, display, and convert with customer photo and video reviews. Built as a WordPress-native alternative to Shopify review apps like Loox — without the Shopify dependency or the price.

How it was built

Built to WordPress coding standards with an MVC architecture across 30+ classes. Hooked into WooCommerce's action system for order lifecycle events, with background processing handled by WP-Cron and Action Scheduler.

Six custom database tables with indexed queries and transient caching keep things fast even on stores with large order volumes. Exposes its own REST API for frontend widget rendering without page reloads.

Business model

Freemium. The free tier covers most small stores — paid plan unlocks video reviews, syndication, and referrals.
